Wheelie Bin Service Terms & Conditions 
What you need to know when using Bin Hire Co’s services. Upon signing up with us, you agree to adhere to the following terms set out below.

Placing an order
When you place an order with us, you agree to using our service on a regular basis until cancellation. Please ensure all contact details are kept up to date e.g email address, phone numbers etc in order for us to communicate with you effectively.

Bin deliveries
We aim to have bins delivered to you within 3 working days of payment being made. If you already have a bin please let us know upon sign up – we may request to sticker any pre owned bins with a removable Bin Hire Co label to avoid an confusion for our drivers.

Scheduled collections
We will empty your bin on the scheduled collection day either weekly or fortnightly. Where your scheduled collection day falls on the public holidays between Christmas and New Year’s your collection day may change however, we will give you notice of any changes in advance.
Bin hygiene 
 The hygiene of the wheelie bin is solely the customers responsibility. Regular cleaning of the wheelie bin should be undertaken to prevent odors and waste build up. We do not offer cleaning services or replacements of unhygienic wheelie bins.

Pricing
Our prices are based on the address provided to us on sign up, any changes in address may result in an increase depending on location e.g town to rural address change. All our prices include GST.

Payment options
We require annual payments which can be paid via internet banking, Eftpos/credit or cash (cash payments need to be made onsite). Invoices are often sent out 7 days before payment is due. Overdue payments may result in a cease of service until paid in full. Please phone Bin Hire Co if you have any issues/questions regarding billing.

Cancellation of service
You can cancel at anytime however, we DO NOT provide refunds for cancellations ended early. If you happen to be in credit after you cancel your services you may use this credit on other services we provide such as green waste wheelie bins, skip bins or Blackbridge Refuse Station Clive. When you make payment for your wheelie bin you agree it's a non refundable service. On your last empty you agree to keep your bin kerbside so the bin can be collected. If the bin is removed or not available for pick up this may incur a charge.

Conditions
THE DO’S
a. Put your bin out by 7am on the day of your collection.
b. Place your bin on the grass verge or berm outside your property where our truck can access it easily. Bin wheels need to be facing your property with the labelled wide facing the road. Please make sure bin is clear from all obstructions e.g tree’s, streetlights etc and is in a spot considered safe for collection.
c. Make sure all waste is contained inside the bin and that the lid is properly closed.

THE DON’T’S:
a. Dispose of any hot embers or hot ash.
b. Dispose of any toxic, explosive, dangerous, hazardous or noxious materials in the bin. This includes materials like asbestos, acids, solvents, paints, motor oils, unwrapped broken glass, minerals, grease or cooking oil, medical waste, biohazardous items, concrete or wooden posts.
c. Allow the bin to overflow.
d. Allow the weight of your bin to exceed 50kgs.
